1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Saveify mobile application and related services (the “App”), operated by Potentia Motus Ventures (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using Saveify, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. About Saveify
Saveify is a personal budgeting and wealth-management tool. It can help you record transactions, create budgets and savings goals, track subscriptions, view financial summaries, and export reports. Features may vary by device, platform, region, account status, and subscription tier.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement in your country to use the App. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your device and credentials, and all activity under your account. Anonymous use may limit account recovery and cloud features.
4. Your financial data
You own the information you enter into Saveify. You grant us a limited license to store, process, sync, and display that information only as needed to operate features you choose. You are responsible for the accuracy of your records and for maintaining any backups or exports you need.
5. Not financial advice
Saveify is an organizational and informational tool. Budgets, projections, reminders, reports, analytics, and net-worth calculations are not financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. They may depend on data you provide and may contain errors or omissions. Consider advice from a qualified professional before making important financial decisions.
6. Subscriptions, purchases, and advertising
Paid subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play under the applicable store terms. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, billing disputes, and refunds are handled through the store unless law requires otherwise. Free users may see advertising. Premium benefits, including ad-free use, remain available only while the related entitlement is active.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, bypass security, gain unauthorized access, interfere with operation, introduce malicious code, use the App unlawfully, infringe third-party rights, or reverse engineer or copy the App except where applicable law expressly permits it.
8. Exports and third-party services
When you export or share a report, you control the destination and are responsible for protecting the file. The App may rely on or link to Firebase, Google, Apple, RevenueCat, Google Mobile Ads, WhatsApp, email, and other third-party services. Their own terms and policies govern your use of those services.
9. Intellectual property
Saveify, its software, design, trademarks, branding, and related materials belong to Potentia Motus Ventures or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the App; they do not transfer ownership.
10. Availability and changes
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, introduce limits, or release updates. Cloud sync, advertising, subscriptions, and third-party integrations depend on services we do not fully control. We do not promise that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.
11. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or data preservation. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Potentia Motus Ventures will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, savings, opportunity, goodwill, or data arising from use of the App. Our total liability for claims relating to the App is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for Saveify during the 12 months before the claim or USD 50, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
13. Termination
You may stop using Saveify at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, or if we discontinue the App. On termination, your right to use the App ends, while provisions that should reasonably survive will remain in effect.
14. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use Saveify.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms and post the revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after the changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms, unless applicable law requires additional notice or consent.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory protections in your country of residence apply. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes that cannot be resolved informally.
