Saveify
Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 2, 2026 · Last updated: June 2, 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Potentia Motus Ventures (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Saveify mobile application and related services (the “App”).
By using Saveify, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Who we are
- App: Saveify — Personal Budget and Wealth Manager
- Developer / operator: Potentia Motus Ventures
- Contact: info@potentiamotus.biz
- Support: Email or WhatsApp (+256 772 844881) via in-app support
3. Information we collect
3.1 Information you provide
When you use Saveify, you may provide:
- Account information: Email address and password, or account identifiers from Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple, such as name, email where shared, and profile photo URL.
- Financial and budgeting data: Transactions, budgets, savings goals, subscriptions, custom categories, currency preference, and related planner data you enter.
- Preferences: Theme, report period, week start, budget style, and other in-app settings.
- Support communications: Information you send when you contact us for help.
You may use certain features without creating a full account, including anonymous sign-in. In that case, less profile information is collected and more data may remain only on your device.
3.2 Information collected automatically
- Device and app information: Device type, operating system, app version, language, and general diagnostic information.
- Usage and performance data: Crash logs and error reports through Firebase Crashlytics.
- Advertising data for free users: Device advertising identifiers and ad interaction data when ads are shown through Google Mobile Ads. Premium subscribers do not receive ads through the App’s ad system.
- Purchase status: Subscription and entitlement status through RevenueCat, but not full payment card numbers. Apple or Google processes payments.
We do not intentionally collect government ID numbers, bank login credentials, or full payment card numbers through the App.
3.3 Information stored on your device
Much of your budgeting data is stored locally on your device, including in a local database and device storage. Settings and offline data may also be stored using SharedPreferences or similar on-device storage.
3.4 Cloud sync for signed-in users
If you sign in with a non-anonymous account and cloud services are available, we may sync profile information, app preferences, planner view settings, and budget entries associated with your user ID to Google Firebase Cloud Firestore. Other data, including many transaction records, may remain primarily on your device unless you use a feature that uploads or exports it.
3.5 Exports and sharing you initiate
If you export a PDF or Excel report or use the system share sheet, you choose where the file goes. We do not control the third-party apps or services with which you share exports.
4. How we use your information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, and improve Saveify’s budgeting, tracking, analytics, goals, subscription, and export features.
- Create and manage your account, authenticate you, and sync data across devices when signed in.
- Process subscriptions, restore purchases, and honor premium ad-free benefits.
- Show ads to free-tier users.
- Diagnose crashes, fix bugs, maintain security, and respond to support requests.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not sell your personal financial data to data brokers.
5. Legal bases for EEA and UK users
- Contract: To provide the App and features you request.
- Legitimate interests: Security, fraud prevention, analytics, and product improvement where not overridden by your rights.
- Consent: Where required for optional features or marketing, if offered.
- Legal obligation: Where we must comply with law.
6. How we share information

Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy:
We may also share information in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate notices.
7. Advertising and analytics
Ads: Free users may see ads from Google. Ads may use mobile identifiers as described in Google’s policies. You can limit ad personalization in your device settings.
Crash reporting: Firebase Crashlytics collects crash and error data to improve stability.
In-app analytics screens: Saveify’s spending analytics are computed from data you enter; they are not third-party web analytics unless separately described.
8. Data retention
We retain information as long as needed to provide the App and your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Uninstalling the App deletes local App data. Cloud data for signed-in users may remain until you request deletion.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit where supported by our providers and access controls on cloud services. No transmission or storage method is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your device and account credentials secure.
10. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, request portability, or withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email info@potentiamotus.biz. We may need to verify your identity.
You can also sign out in App settings, manage subscriptions through Apple or Google, and reset or limit your device’s advertising identifier.
California residents: You may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA to know, delete, and opt out of certain sales or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information for money. Ad partners may process identifiers as described above; device opt-out controls are available.
11. Children’s privacy
Saveify is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required in your country. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided data, and we will delete it.
12. International transfers
We and our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent provider mechanisms.
13. Third-party links
The App may open external links such as a privacy policy, WhatsApp, or email. Those services have their own practices, and we are not responsible for third-party sites or apps.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and post the new version with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy unless applicable law requires additional notice or consent.
